Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time and the new features will be available immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data and assessment history are preserved during plan changes.

What happens after the 14-day free trial?

After your trial ends, you'll need to select a paid plan to continue. Your data and assessments from the trial period are preserved. If you don't select a plan, your account will be moved to read-only mode until you subscribe.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

Yes, annual billing saves you approximately 17% (nearly 2 months free). We also offer volume discounts for Enterprise customers with multiple teams or subsidiaries.

How do assessment credits work?

Assessment credits are pooled across all assessment types (RAPID, Governance, Risk). Essential includes 8 credits/year (different assessments cost 1-3 credits each). Professional and Enterprise have unlimited assessments. You can also purchase additional credits as top-ups.

What are AI Credits used for?

AI Credits power our intelligent features including automated gap analysis, smart recommendations, compliance insights, policy enhancement, and the AI assistant. Each AI-powered feature uses credits based on complexity. Credits reset monthly, and you can purchase additional packs if needed.

Can I purchase additional resources?

Yes! Top-ups are available for AI credits, assessment credits, and more. Essential users can add AI systems ($25/mo) and seats ($15/mo). Professional users have similar options at reduced rates. This flexibility lets you scale without upgrading your entire plan.

What's included in Enterprise Support?

Enterprise customers receive priority support with 24-hour response SLA and quarterly business reviews. For dedicated Customer Success Manager, custom training, and premium SLAs, contact our sales team to discuss your needs.
